These terms govern your use of the Tradewinds Vault website and any order you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy.
Who we are
Tradewinds Vault is a trading card retailer based in the United Arab Emirates, selling single cards, graded cards, sealed product and accessories. Our full contact details are on the Contact page.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for any activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.
Products, pricing and availability
Card stock is finite and often single quantity. Listings reflect the specific item in our inventory at the time of listing. We take care to describe and price everything accurately, but errors can happen. Where an item has been listed at an obviously incorrect price, or is no longer available after your order is placed, we will contact you and either correct the order with your agreement or cancel it and refund you in full.
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, including where stock is unavailable, where we suspect fraudulent or automated purchasing, or where purchase limits have been exceeded.
Purchase limits
On high demand releases we may limit the quantity available per customer, per household or per payment method. Orders that breach a published limit may be cancelled in whole or in part.
Condition and authenticity
Every card is graded by hand against our published Condition Standards. Graded cards are sold in their original sealed slab and the certification can be verified with the grading company. Sealed product is sold factory sealed and unsearched.
Preorders
Preorder release dates are set by the publisher and can move. Where a release is delayed we will keep you informed. Where a release is cancelled we will refund you in full.
Intellectual property
Card names, artwork, set names, logos and game titles are the property of their respective rights holders. Tradewinds Vault is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any card game publisher or grading company. Site content that we own, including our text, layout and branding, may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to scrape data, place automated orders, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation or security.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies.
