Shipping Policy
Tradewinds Vault ships across the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship outside the UAE at this time.
Rates and delivery times
- Standard Shipping - AED 25, delivered in 3 to 5 business days
- Free shipping on all orders of AED 200 and above
Processing
Orders are picked, checked and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or a public holiday are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
How we pack
Single cards are sleeved, placed in a rigid toploader and shipped in a sealed, padded mailer. Graded slabs are packed with additional protection to prevent movement in transit. Sealed product is shipped in a box sized to the item so that corners and edges stay protected. We do not use packaging that identifies the contents as collectible cards.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email once the parcel is collected. If tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, contact us and we will chase it with the courier.
Delivery problems
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging before opening it where possible, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If a parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, tell us within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the courier.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery and a second shipping charge will apply.
Preorders
Preorder items ship on or shortly after the official release date. If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the whole order ships together once the preorder is released. If you would prefer the in-stock items sent first, contact us and we will arrange a split shipment.
